Funeral Arrangements for the Honorable Mayor James Walls, Jr.

There may always be questions and there may never be a final answer because none of us were there when Mayor Walls took his last breath.

I prefer to remember him as The Honorable Mayor James Walls, Jr., Mayor of District Heights. I prefer to remember his smile and his love for his City. I prefer to remember him as a vibrant and willing leader in his community. I prefer to think of him as Mayor Walls!

Let's be thankful to have known him and to have worked with him as a leader in Prince George's County!
