Mount Rainier's City Council Passes the Land Development Agreement (LDA) that will allow the redevelopment of 3200 Rhode Island Avenue to move forward!

Although I do not have a picture of my own of the meeting of this current council, I must say that their faces, their contributions, and their love of Mount Rainier, Maryland will forever be a part of my love of the men and women in this great City.

Tonight, Councillmember Brent Bolin, Bryan Knedler, Jesse Christopehrson, and Jacqlyn Witmer Riposo voted to pass the City's budget for 2016, and the long awaited Land Development Agreement (LDA) that will move the City toward development of the corner of Rhode Island and Eastern Avenue.  Lots of other business was addressed, but these were the two most significant pieces of the evening.

Thank you Council, and now LET'S MOVE our agenda forward.

Brent Bolin, best wishes for your continued success in your endeavors, and please stay involved.

Jacqlyn Riposo best wishes to you, and best wishes for your continued success, and future role in municipal government!
